Discover delicious classic Italian dishes prepared by hand from whole plant foods. Postponed from June 8th to Saturday evening June 22nd, enjoy a generous three-course meal of flair and great flavours without travelling to the big city. The price is $40 per person plus HST, gratuity, optional alcoholic beverages, and some on-site shopping at Tom's Pantry.
Ayesha Gidwani presents her program - Power Foods with Ayesha. Ayesha Gidwani is an Executive Chef of Indian origin with extensive international and Canadian experience.
The program consists of periodic food events highlighting healthy, invigorating, and tasty whole plant foods for everyone. They feature evolving menus of international flavours with many local and/or organic ingredients. They are hosted at Tom's Pantry in Alexandria on selected dates.
The Menu:
Appetizer - Caprese style tomato bocconcini salad with a balsamic fig vinaigrette on a bed of mixed organic mesclun greens.
Main course - roasted seasonal vegetable lasagna, penne mushroom and green pea pasta made with a cashew sauce and fresh thyme, basil and garlic pesto gnocchi.
Dessert - lemon sorbet with a mini cannoli.

The gang at Tom's Pantry was pleased to run the Sunday Live mini-concerts at the bakery from November to the end of April.
We are giving the series a break for the summer and should return in the fall. Outdoor activities are much more attractive.
We thank the artists and the many patrons who enjoyed and supported the series.

Write to Tom to reserve our space for your private event, party, or meeting.
The bakery is normally closed to the public in the evening, and is available for your event.
There is no rental fee; you just order beverages and food from the menu. We have a liquor license.
We can also prepare a custom meal, buffet, or food service.
The venue can sit up to 30 people.
